A WORD FROM OUR PRESIDENT

Welcome to Miramar College. It is my aspiration to assist you in the completion of your studies and encourage you toward the accomplishment of your career goals. It is also my sincere hope that you enjoy the time you spend studying at Miramar and look forward to seeing you on campus or hearing about your experiences online.

Ranked College-Wide Priorities

Improve the quality of student learning, institutional structures and student support/services through the use of effective strategies such as: enrollment management, Student Learning Outcome Assessment Cycle (SLOAC) process, Basic Skills/grants, etc.
Refine and integrate the Program Review and SLOAC processes and demonstrate their link to transparent college-wide planning and resource allocation
Identify ways to acquire new resources and/or funding to support college programs
Strengthen/expand community and educational partnerships
Connect facilities planning and campus safety with the Instructional Master Plan, and plan for smooth transition into facilities under construction
Identify creative ways to provide and support staff development
